紫外光引发聚苯乙烯/十八烷复合相变微胶囊的制备与表征

摘  要:以聚苯乙烯(PS)为壳材,十八烷(C18)为相变核材,通过紫外光照射,引发自由基聚合反应,制备了PS/C18复合相变微胶囊。研究了原料配比、反应时间、紫外光波长等因素对相变潜热的影响,采用红外光谱仪、差式扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和热重分析仪等对微胶囊的结构、微观形貌、结晶性能和热性能进行了分析和表征。PS/C18复合相变微胶囊最佳制备工艺条件:苯乙烯与十八烷摩尔比1.0∶1.0,紫外光波长365nm,反应时间1.0h。复合相变微胶囊表面光滑,粒径约为3μm。复合相变微胶囊表现出良好的相变能力以及热稳定性。The raw materials of polystyrene(PS)and octadecane(C18)were polymerized under UV irradiation with 4-acrylaminobenzophenone(4-ABP)as photo-initiator to prepare PS/C18 phase change composite microcapsules.The effects of raw materials ratios,reaction time and UV wavelength on the phase enthalpy were studied.The structure,morphology,crystallization and thermal properties of the microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,DSC and TG.The optimum preparation conditions of PS/C18 phase change composite microcapsules were found as follow:1.0∶1.0 molar ratio of styrene to octadecane,UV wavelength of 365 nm,and 1.0 h of reaction time.The surface of microcapsules was smooth with average particle size of 3μm,which also displayed good phase change ability and thermal stability.
