摘  要:为了达到水质考核标准,针对延长油田某注水站滤后悬浮物固体含量、细菌含量超标等水质不达标的问题,通过开展室内实验,运用绝迹稀释法、静态挂片法、浊度分析法、正交试验法和极差分析法,优选了药剂种类和投加浓度,研究了加药时间间隔和加药次序对絮凝效果的影响,评价了药剂之间的配伍性,确定出适合该站的水处理药剂配方。室内实验结果表明:当pH值为7.5时,絮凝剂加量为100 mg/L,助凝剂加量为60 mg/L,间隔时间超过1 min,杀菌剂加量为20 mg/L,除氧剂加量为130 mg/L。处理后的水悬浮物含量降为4.2 mg/L,粒径中值为2.8μm,细菌降为2.5 mg/L,达到油田注入水标准。按照以上筛选出的各种水处理剂选型及浓度选择混合后,配伍性良好。该研究成果可为该站下一步水处理工艺的优化以及水处理药剂管理提供理论基础。In order to achieve the rejection water quality standards,the problems of water injection station in Yanchang Oilfield which has large contents of suspended substance and bacteria,through laboratory experiments,using the methods of extinct dilution method,static weight loss method,turbidity analysis,orthogonal experiment and range method,the category and dosage of reagent,interval of agent additive are optimized,the compatibility of agents are researched,then pharmaceutical formulations are presented.The results show that under the conditions of pH 7.5,flocculanting agent 100 mg/L,coagulant aids 60 mg/L,interval of agent additive more than 1 min,fungicide 20 mg/L,oxygen scavenger 130 mg/L.The contents of suspended solids in the treated water is reduced to 4.2 mg/L,the median particle size 2.8μm,the bacteria reduced to 2.5 mg/L,reaching the quality standards of re-injection water.The various kinds of water treatment agents can work well with a good compatibility.The results can provide a theoretical basis for water injection station,management of water treatment agent.
