摘 要:在国家“双碳”目标背景下,针对油田碳排放环境影响评价过程中温室气体排放测算方法缺失问题,对陕北油田全生命周期温室气体排放源进行了识别梳理,建立了适应陕北油田的燃料燃烧排放、过程排放和间接排放等温室气体排放测算方法,并以陕北地区某油区为例,测算评价了温室气体排放强度。研究结果表明:1)施工期单井碳排放94.44 t,可探索钻机电代油方式减排;2)运行期生产吨油碳排放为0.29 t,可提升原油管输程度、开发井场风光绿电和油藏CO_(2)地质封存等方式减排;3)建议油田全生命周期应加强温室气体排放相关数据的监测及收集,为开展油田温室气体排放测算、核算及核查提供保障。以上成果认识,对陕北油田产能建设碳排放环境影响评价和低碳生产措施优化具有指导意义。In the context of national“Double Carbon”targets,aiming at the lack of greenhouse gas emission estimation methods in the process of environmental impact assessment of carbon emissions in oilfields,the sources of greenhouse gas emissions in the whole life cycle of northern Shaanxi oilfields were identified and sorted out,and the estimation methods of greenhouse gas emissions such as fuel combustion emissions,process emissions and indirect emissions were established to adapt to the environmental impact assessment process of oilfield capacity construction in northern Shaanxi.Taking an oil region in northern Shaanxi as an example,the intensity of greenhouse gas emissions was calculated.The research results show that:1)The carbon emission of a single well during the construction period is 94.44 t,which can be reduced by exploring the way of replacing oil by drilling machinery;2)The carbon emission per ton of oil produced during the operation period is 0.29 t,which can be reduced by improving the degree of crude oil pipeline transportation,developing the scenic and green electricity in the well pad,and geological storage of CO_(2)in the reservoir;3)It was suggested that the monitoring and collection of data related to greenhouse gas emissions should be strengthened throughout the life cycle of the oilfield,which was an important guarantee for the estimation,accounting and verification of greenhouse gas emissions from the oilfield.The study is of guiding significance to the environmental impact assessment of carbon emissions and the optimization of low-carbon production measures for the production capacity construction in northern Shaanxi oilfield.
