摘  要:汽车由多种零部件组成,蓄电池连接线是点火系统中重要的一环。在生产加工中,虽然多个工序由自动化设备完成,但需要人工多次转运,贯穿整个生产过程。基于现有的生产设备,本文设计了一套蓄电池连接线自动压接设备,具备自动套热缩管,剥离绝缘皮,端子压接等功能。该设备的使用,能减少人工参与,降低人力成本,稳定产品品质。在程序实现时,针对典型的顺序控制,本文采用字节型元件,比较指令,赋值指令对顺序功能图进行转化。该方法节省系统资源,且程序架构清晰,易于实现。The car consists of many parts,and the battery connecting wire is an important link in ignition system.When it is produced,many processes are completed by automatic equipment,however,it needs to be transferred manually for many times,during the whole period of production process.In this paper,an automatic equipment for battery connecting wire is designed,which has the functions of slotting pyrocondensation pipe,stripping insulation skin,and crimping connect terminals.This equipment can reduce labor participation,reduce labor costs and stable product quality.This equipment runs by typical sequence control.This paper use an byte register,compare instruction,and data-Transfer Instructions to write programs.This method saves system resources,and the program structure is clear and easy to implement.
