摘  要:针对某型直升机发动机空中停车的特情,通过分析故障发动机基本情况,对发动机开展现场检查和返厂检查,排除其它因素后,确定故障部件为中央传动系统。基于中央传动系统的结构特点,对各故障部件开展外观观察、体视镜观察和微观观察,结合关键零部件的材质检查结果,分别从电机轴、从动锥齿轮、主动锥齿轮、轴流压气机转子锁片、轴流压气机前轴承等多个部件来确定失效的过程,分析部件失效机理,对同类型发动机特情排故具有一定的参考意义。In view of the special situation of a certain type of the engine of helicopter parking in the air,the on-site inspection and return inspection are carried out.The fault part is determined to be the central transmission system after analyzing the basic situation of the faulty engine.Based on the structural characteristics of the central transmission system,the appearance observation,stereoscopic observation and microscopic observation of the faulty components are carried out.Combined with the material inspection results of fault parts,the failure process is determined from multiple components such as the motor shaft,driven bevel gear,driving bevel gear,axial flow compressor rotor lock piece,and axial flow compressor front bearing,the failure mechanism is analyzed,which has a certain reference significance for the troubleshooting of the same type of special situation.
