摘　　要：水基金属清洗剂中一项重要的质量指标就是清洗性能。清洗性能的好坏直接影响着清洗剂在实际现场应用中的使用效果。所以,对于清洗性能的判定方法就尤为关键。清洗性能从两个角度来判定,一个是清洗剂配方本身,另一个是清洗剂对应的现场工况。所以,前者通过实验室测试配方的性能,后者则在工业生产中测定清洗剂上机后的清洗效果。只有实验室结合现场工况的判定方法,两者相辅相成,才能让清洗剂更有实际应用价值,符合市场需求。Cleaning performance is an important quality index of water-based metal cleaning agent.The cleaning performance directly affects the effect of cleaning agent in industrial application.Therefore,the method of cleaning performance is particularly critical.Cleaning performance is determined in two ways.On one hand,there is the cleaning agent formula itself.On the other hand,there is the working condition.Therefore,the former is through the laboratory test,the latter is through the industrial production to measure the cleaning effect.Only the laboratory test combined with the working condition determination method,the two complement each other,the cleaning agent will be more practical,in line with market demands.
