摘 要:脱乙烷塔是乙烯装置分离单元的重要组成部分,直接影响乙烯、丙烯产品的质量和收率。通过采取一定的节能措施,可以有效地降低装置的能耗以及操作费用。文章以某百万吨级乙烯装置采用前脱丙烷前加氢乙烯分离流程为例,介绍了脱乙烷塔系统采取的节能措施和各指标的影响,以及为满足装置长周期稳定运行需要注意的生产操作重点,以期对乙烯装置中的脱乙烷塔系统工艺设计和优化运行有一定的指导意义。The deethanizer is an important part of the separation model of ethylene unit,which directly affects the quality and yield of ethylene and propylene,by taking certain energy-saving measures,the energy consumption and operation cost can be effectively reduced.Taking the ethylene separation process before depropanization and hydrogenation of a million-ton ethylene plant as an example,this paper illustrates the energy saving measures adopted in the deethanizer system and the influence of corresponding index,and the key production operation to meet the long-term stable operation of the unit,which can guide the process design and optimizing operation of deethanizer system in ethylene plant.
