保障性住宅区“停车难”问题研究——以北京市顺义区为例

摘　　要：人均可支配收入的提高导致城市机动车保有量持续上升,保障性住宅区内停车问题也不断凸显,出现了车位数供不应求、随意停车的现象。本文根据北京市顺义新城双丰街道调研数据分析停车现状,分别从保障性住区的停车设施供给侧、居民停车需求侧、住区管理和政策层面和住区业主与物业经济层面进行分析,剖析其出现问题的根本原因,为解决保障性住房的停车问题提供良好的思路。The increase in per capita disposable income has led to a continuous increase in the number of urban motor vehicles,and the problem of parking in affordable residential areas has also become prominent,and the number of parking spaces cannot meet the demands and the phenomenon of random parking has emerged.This paper mainly analyzes the parking status according to the research and analysis of Shuangfeng Street in Shunyi District,Beijing,and analyzes the parking facilities supply side,the residents'parking demand side,management and policy level,and the residential owner and property economy level in the affordable residential area,analyzes the root cause of the problem,and provides a good idea for solving the parking problem of affordable housing.
