摘  要:某型飞机在长停期间,发现主起舱电连接器尾附件表面出现腐蚀情况。本文通过服役环境比较、元器件选型分析以及盐雾加速试验等方法对其腐蚀原因进行了研究。结果表明:尾附件表面腐蚀是由选型不当、环境影响以及供应商产品质量三方面造成。对于后续优化,建议严格把控供应商产品质量;同时,综合考虑服役环境差异以及成本,选择更加合适的尾附件。Multi passenger jet's connector accessories of the main wheel well occurs on surface corrosion.This article conducts research on the corrosion causes through methods such as comparing service environments,analyzing component selection,and salt spray accelerated testing.The results show that the surface corrosion of the connector accessories are caused by three aspects:improper design selection,corrosive environmental impact,and supplier product quality.For subsequent optimization,it is recommended to strictly control the quality of supplier products;Meanwhile,taking into account the differences in service environment and costs,choose a more suitable tail attachment is also important.
