摘  要:抗恶劣环境适应性设计是军用电子设备设计过程中的重要组成部分,是设备能否满足战地环境应用指标的重点考核内容,环境适应性设计贯穿军用电子设备设计过程始终。通过对军用电子设备各种恶劣应用环境进行深入分析,列出了恶劣环境对设备在不同程度、不同方面造成的损坏,对产品可靠性造成的极大危害。依据目前成熟的环境适应性设计技术,结合大量工程经验,详细地给出了抗气候环境、抗力学环境和耐电磁环境的环境适应性设计方法和技术措施,指出了环境适应性设计在短期内的发展趋势。通过仿真和试验手段,可对环境适应性设计效果进行评估、验证,提升环境适应性设计的有效性。在环境适应性设计技术阐述中,给出了大量工程实测数据,对于工程设计实践具有重要的参照价值和指导意义。The adaptability design against harsh environments is an important part of the design process of military electronic equipment,and it is the key assessment content for whether the equipment can meet the application indicators of the battlefield environment.The design of environmental adaptability runs through the design process of electronic equipment.Through in-depth analysis of various harsh application environments of electronic equipment,it lists the damage caused to equipment in different degrees and aspects by harsh environments,and the great harm to product reliability.According to the current mature environmental adaptability design technology,combined with a lot of engineering experience,the environmental adaptability design methods and technical measures against climatic environment,mechanical environment and electromagnetic environment are given in detail.development trend.Through simulation and test methods,the effect of environmental adaptive design can be evaluated and verified,and the effectiveness of environmental adaptive design can be improved.In the elaboration of environmental adaptive design technology,a large number of engineering measured data are given,which have important reference value and guiding significance for engineering design practice.
