摘 要:工业烟气中的NO_(x)是重要污染源,流化催化裂化(FCC)装置是石油加工的核心装置,装置再生烟气中的NO_(x)不仅严重污染环境,而且会使再生器发生硝脆。对近年来FCC装置再生烟气脱硝催化剂的进展予以评述,近年来,我国脱硝催化剂研究非常活跃,新技术不断出现,目前脱硝采用的主要有钛基催化剂(V/Ti催化剂、Mn/Ti催化剂、Ce/Ti催化剂)、分子筛催化剂、氧化铝为载体的催化剂和其他载体(尖晶石基、生物炭基)催化剂等。对上述各类催化剂的性能特点均进行了描述,各种催化剂均具有一点的优缺点。TiO_(2)负载钒活性组分催化剂是工业烟气脱硝催化剂的主流,一些催化剂目前仍处在实验研究阶段,不适合工业化大规模应用。综合分析,无论是采用烟气后续单独脱硝方式,还是采用添加脱硝助剂方式,均需要高活性、耐污染的脱硝催化剂。The NO_(x)in industrial flue gas is an important source of pollution.Fluidized catalytic cracking(FCC unit is the core unit of petroleum processing.The NO_(x)in the regenerator flue gas of FCC unit not only seriously pollutes the environment,but also leads to the nitrate embrittlement of the regenerator.The recent development of regenerator flue gas denitrification catalysts for FCC unit is reviewed.In recent years,the research on denitrification catalysts in China has been very active,and new technologies have continuously emerged.At present,the main catalysts used for denitrification include the titanium-based catalysts such as V/Ti catalyst,Mn/Ti catalyst and Ce/Ti catalyst,the molecular sieve catalysts,the catalysts supported on alumina and the catalysts supported on other carriers such as spinel and biochar.The performance characteristics of the catalysts mentioned above are described,and each catalyst has its own advantages and disadvantages.TiO_(2)supported vanadium active component catalysts are the mainstream of industrial flue gas denitrification catalyst.Some catalysts are still in the experimental research stage at present and are not suitable for large-scale industrial application.Comprehensive analysis shows that highly-active and pollution-resistant denitrification catalysts are needed whether the subsequent separate denitrification of flue gas or the addition of denitrification additives is adopted.
