摘 要:以廊坊市9个国家气象观测站2013~2022年的测风资料为基础,依据相关国家标准计算廊坊地区的各项风能参数,包括平均风功率密度、年有效时数、威布尔参数、风速频率、风能频率,并对廊坊地区风力资源的时空变化特征进行分析评价。通过研究可知,廊坊地区2013~2022年距地10m高度的平均风速在北部和中部均呈现减小趋势,而南部变化较平稳。历年平均风速有从廊坊东南部到西北部递减,再从西北部向东北部递增的空间分布规律。各观测站80m高度的平均风速为2.1~3.4m/s,平均风功率密度为30.7~115.4W/m2。南部的霸州市、大城县、文安县和北部的香河县、大厂县风力资源较丰富,平均风功率密度为72.5~115.4W/m2,年有效小时数为2858~3813h,具有一定开发价值。廊坊地区中部平均风速、风功率密度、年有效时数均较小,不利于风力资源的开发利用。Based on wind measurement data from 9 national meteorological stations in Langfang from 2013 to2022,various wind energy parameters in Langfang area including average wind power density,annual effective wind power hours,Weibull parameters,wind speed frequency and wind energy frequency are calculated according to relevant national standards,and the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of wind resources in Langfang area are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the average wind speed at a height of 10m above the ground in Langfang area from 2013 to 2022 shows a decreasing trend in the north and central parts,while the changes in the south are relatively stable.The average wind speed over the years has a spa-tial distribution pattern of decreasing from the southeast of Langfang to the northwest and then increasing from the northwest to the northeast.The average wind speed at a height of 80m at each observation station is2.1~3.4m/s,with an average wind power density of 30.7~115.4W/m2.Bazhou City,Dacheng County and Wen′an County in the south and Xianghe County and Dachang County in the north have abundant wind resources,with an average wind power density of 72.5~115.4W/m2and an annual effective wind power hours of2858~3813 hours,which have certain development value.The relatively low average wind speed,wind power density and annual effective wind power hours in the central part of Langfang area are not conducive to the development and utilization of wind resources.
