摘  要:在采用缔合压裂液进行致密油储层缝网压裂施工时,配制滑溜水仍然普遍采用减阻剂配方,需要在压裂施工现场分别配制滑溜水和携砂液,不仅增加了施工流程,而且导致压裂过程中要不断改变压裂液的液性,影响压裂施工的效率和效果。为此研发了新型一体化缔合压裂液体系,并对该压裂液体系的降阻、耐温、耐剪切、黏度、黏弹性、携砂等影响压裂效果的主要性能进行室内实验分析和现场应用评价。室内实验分析结果表明,新型一体化缔合压裂液体系通过调整稠化剂比例,可以实现减阻造缝、增黏携砂一体化,各项性能指标均符合行业标准。现场应用表明,各项压裂施工参数均达到了设计要求,且见油时间早,提高了大型缝网压裂施工的配液和施工组织运行时效。同时,与常规缔合压裂液相比每立方米可节省57.2元,有效降低了致密油储层缝网压裂施工成本。When associative fracturing fluid is used for fracture network fracturing in tight oil reservoirs,the formula of drag reducing agents are still commonly used to prepare slick water,and slick water and sand-carrying fluid need to be prepared separately at the fracturing site.It not only makes the construction flow increase,but also leads to the constant change of fracturing fluid properties during the fracturing process,which affects the efficiency and effect of fracturing construction.To this end,a new integrated associative fracturing fluid system is developed,and laboratory experiments are carried out and field application is evaluated on the main properties of the fracturing fluid system that affect the fracturing effect,such as resistance reduction,temperature resistance,shear resistance,viscosity,viscoelasticity,and sand carrying.The analysis results of laboratory experiments show that the new integrated associative fracturing fluid system can realize the integration of drag reduction for fracture creation,viscosity increase for sand carrying by adjusting the proportion of thickener,and all performance indicators are in line with industry standards.The field application shows that all fracturing parameters meet the design requirements,and the oil breakthrough time is early,which improves the operation time of fluid preparation and construction organization in large-scale fracture network fracturing.At the same time,it can save 57.2yuan per cubic meter compared with conventional associative fracturing fluid,which effectively reduces the construction cost of fracture network fracturing in tight oil reservoirs.
