摘  要:枯竭砂岩油气藏改建的储气库储层内含有大量的原油、水等物质,普遍倾向于建设脱烃装置,以增加凝析油产量。但建设脱烃装置会增加投资费用、运行成本和能耗等,目前还没有相应的建设标准和判定准则。研究结果表明,油气藏类型决定了储层内的流体成分和剩余油含量,对于油藏和高、特高含凝析油气藏建设储气库需要增加脱烃设备,气藏则不需要;对于凝析气藏协同提高采收率的建库模式,在地层压力下降到露点压力之前注气才有脱烃的意义;烃露点决定了地面和地层条件下的产油量,是影响外输气质的重要指标,当地层压力下降线与露点线不相交,可判定无需建立脱烃装置;对于衰竭式开发的凝析气田建储气库,可通过提高分离器尺寸来实现脱烃;投入产出比小于1才能满足投资要求。文13西属中含凝析油气田建库类型,地面采出气烃露点为-0.28℃,满足国家输气标准;分离器效率98%,可有效去除地面产生的重烃凝液;投入产出比为2.63∶1,综合判定不需要建设脱烃装置。There are a lot of crude oil,water and other substances in the gas storage reservoirs reconstructed from depleted sandstone reservoirs,so it is generally inclined to build a dehydrocarbon device to increase the condensate production.However,the construction of dehydrocarbon device will increase the investment cost,operation cost and energy consumption,and there is no corresponding construction standard and judgment criterion at present.The research results show that the type of oil and gas reservoirs determines the fluid composition and remaining oil content in the reservoirs.For oil reservoirs and high and ultra-high condensate gas reservoirs,it is necessary to add dehydrogenation device for gas storage,but not for gas reservoirs.For the cooperative EOR construction model of condensate gas reservoir,gas injection has the significance of dehydrocarbon before the formation pressure drops to the dew point pressure.Hydrocarbon dew point determines the oil production under the surface and formation conditions,which is the key factor affecting the gas quality.When the formation pressure drop line does not intersect with the dew point line,it can be judged that there is no need to build a dehydrocarbon device.For the gas storage built in the depletion-developed condensate gas field,the dehydrocarbon can be realized by increasing the size of the separator.When the input-output ratio is less than 1,the investment requirements can be met.Wen 13xi belongs to the type of gas storage constructed based on medium-bearing condensate gas fields.Its hydrocarbon dew point of surface produced gas is-0.28℃,which meets the national gas transmission standard.Its efficiency of the separator is 98%,which can effectively remove the heavy hydrocarbon condensate produced on the ground.Its input-output ratio is 2.63:1.Comprehensive judgment shows that it is not necessary to build dehydrocarbon device.
