摘　　要：总结腹股沟薄层血管化淋巴结皮瓣移植术治疗乳腺癌术后Ⅲ期上肢淋巴水肿的护理经验。通过术前淋巴水肿综合消肿治疗,加强术后皮瓣血液循环评估及供区并发症观察,术后持续功能锻炼,实施“互联网+”个案管理和随访。11例患者移植的淋巴结皮瓣均成活,术后未出现严重并发症,肢体水肿症状缓解,上肢功能恢复良好。This article summarized the nursing experiences of thin vascularized lymph node transfer in the treatment of stageⅢupper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Through the comprehensive swelling reduction treatment of preoperative lymphedema,the strengthened postoperative flap blood circulation assessment and the observation of donor area complications,the postoperative continuous functional exercise,and"Internet+"case management and follow-up,the transplanted lymph node flaps of 11 patients survived.There were no serious complications occurred after surgery,the limb edema symptoms were relieved,and the upper limb function recovered well.
