摘　　要：为了提高装配式建筑施工质量因素识别的准确性,设计一个基于风险评估的装配式建筑施工质量因素识别方法。首先提出施工质量因素识别过程,运用定性和定量分析相结合的方法,构建相关的指标体系,并对相关指标带来的风险进行了分析,采用层次分析方法对装配式建筑施工质量因素进行识别。结果表明,所设计的基于风险评估的装配式建筑施工质量因素识别方法有效提高了施工质量因素识别的准确性,并在较短的时间内能够实现施工质量因素识别,为相关装配式建筑施工工程质量因素识别提供参考。In order to improve the accuracy of identification of prefabricated building construction quality factors,a method based on risk assessment is designed,in which the identification process of construction quality factors is proposed,the relevant index system is constructed by using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,the risks brought by the relevant indexes are analyzed and the construction quality factors of prefabricated buildings are identified by using the analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the method designed on the basis of risk assessment can effectively improve the accuracy of identifying the construction quality factors,and can realize the identification of the construction quality factors in a short time,providing references for the identification of related prefabricated construction quality factors.
