摘 要:以福建省高校高水平运动员学训冲突为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,对高校高水平运动员学训冲突现象进行分析。结果表明,有学训冲突的占67.06%,无冲突的占32.94%。在引起运动员学训冲突的学校管理和个人因素中,班级编排设置和自我训练处于前列。运动员在学训中能接受教练员建议的占53.66%。通过分析,提出了提高高水平运动员学训完善的对策。By taking Fujian Province as the research object,the phenomenon of the conflicts between learning and training of high-leveled athletes in colleges and universities was analyzed with the method of questionnaire survey.The results showed that 67.06%of them had conflicts and 32.94%had no conflicts.Among the school management and individual factors that caused the conflicts between learning and training of athletes,class arrangement and self-training were in the forefront.53.66%of the athletes could accept the suggestions from the coaches.Some countermeasures are given on the improvement of the learning and training of high-leveled athletes through analyzing.
