摘 要:赛教融合模式为篮球俱乐部教学创新改革提供了有力的抓手。为了构建“以赛促教、以赛促学”的俱乐部教学模式,促进学生篮球水平实现均衡发展,高校应加强对俱乐部教学的重视、投入和监管。通过完善制度管理,强化各管理主体职责,健全协调育人机制,营造“面向人人”的竞赛环境,合理设置竞赛考评指标,侧重保障机制整合与协调,从而多措并举地提升篮球俱乐部教学的育人质量。The model of competition-teaching integration provides a powerful support for the innovation and reform of basketball club teaching.In order to construct a club teaching mode of“promoting teaching by competitions and promoting learning by competitions”and promote the balanced development of students’basketball level,colleges and universities should pay much attention to the importance,investment and supervision of club teaching.Countermeasures should be taken to improve the system management,strengthen the responsibilities of each management subject,improve the coordination education mechanism,create the“everyone-oriented”competition environment,set competition and evaluation indicators reasonably and focus on the integration and coordination of the security mechanism,so as to improve the quality of education in basketball club teaching.
