摘　　要：对转化大楼实验动物房的建筑设计内容进行了较为全面的总结及分析,重点阐述了SPF级实验动物房的平面布局、流线设计、消防设计、建筑构造、先进设备等的设计原则及方案,并对某些设计参数的确定提出了探讨性计算方法的建议,以供设计同行参考。This paper makes a comprehensive summary and analysis of the architectural design content of the experimental animal room in the transformation building,focusing on the design principles and schemes of the plane layout,streamline design,fire protection design,building structure,advanced equipment,etc.,of the SPF experimental animal room,and puts forward suggestions on the exploratory calculation method for the determination of some design parameters for the reference of the design colleagues.
