摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎是一种难以治愈的自身免疫性疾病,其病因复杂,基本的病理表现为软骨的破坏、血管翳的生成等。有效治疗和预防类风湿性关节炎的发生及提高患者的生活质量是亟待解决的问题。现阶段临床治疗方法存在着用药量大,毒副作用强等弊端,近年来,以精准调控为优势并基于Beclin-1为代表的基因调节自噬和线粒体从而治疗类风湿性关节炎的研究不断发展,目前受到国内外专家学者的关注,具有广阔的发展前景。本文系统阐述在治疗类风湿性关节炎中Beclin-1、自噬和线粒体的相关联性,并发现中药在调节Beclin-1、自噬和线粒体治疗类风湿性关节炎的巨大潜力,因此对中药调控Beclin-1干预自噬治疗类风湿性关节炎进行系统性综述,并为该领域提供一定的科学参考。Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease difficult to be cured,with a complex etiology.The basic pathological manifestations include cartilage destruction and generation of pannus.How to effectively treat and prevent the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis and improve the quality of life of affected patients are difficult problems to be solved.The existing treatment methods have the disadvantages of large dosage and strong toxic and side effects.In recent years,research on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by regulating autophagy and mitochondria based on the precision regulation and gene regulation like Beclin-1 has been continuously developed,which has been well concerned by scholars at home and abroad,and it has a broad development prospect.This review systematically elaborates the correlation between Beclin-1,autophagy and mitochondria in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.We have identified the great potential of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis through Beclin-1-mediated autophagy.A systematic review on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by TCM via the regulation of Beclin-1-mediated autophagy is necessary to provide a certain scientific reference.
