彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断乳腺髓样癌、乳腺纤维瘤的实际效果观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对彩色多普勒超声进行研究,分析其在鉴别诊断乳腺髓样癌和乳腺纤维瘤中的效果。方法:选择2019年11月~2021年1月到本院接受检查的乳腺髓样癌患者31例、乳腺纤维瘤患者31例。两组患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,对两组患者的声像图特征进行分析,以病理结果为依据对诊断结果进行评价。结果:经彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断后,乳腺髓样癌与病理结果的符合率为96.8%,乳腺纤维瘤与病理结果的符合率为90.3%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断分辨力较强,使用方法简单便捷、无辐射、可反复使用,能够清晰显示出乳腺纤维瘤病变和乳腺髓样癌肿块的形态、内部回声、血流分布、肿块大小等情况,对于乳腺纤维瘤和乳腺髓样癌的鉴别诊断价值较高。Objective:To study the effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of medullary breast carcinoma and breast fibroma.Methods:The time range of this study was from November 2019 to January 2021.The research subjects were 31 patients with medullary breast cancer and 31 patients with breast fibroma who were examined in our hospital during this period.Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in both groups of patients.The sonographic features of the two groups of patients were analyzed,and the diagnostic results were evaluated based on the pathological results.Results:After differential diagnosis by color Doppler ultrasonography,the coincidence rate of medullary breast cancer and pathological results was 96.8%,and the coincidence rate of breast fibroma and pathological results was 90.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography has strong diagnostic resolution,simple and convenient use,no radiation,and can be used repeatedly.It can clearly display the shape,internal echo,blood flow distribution,and mass of breast fibromatosis lesions and medullary breast cancer masses.It has a high value in the differential diagnosis of breast fibroma and medullary breast cancer.
