摘　　要：目的:探讨头颈部面罩和胸部体罩固定在胸上段食管癌三维放疗计划系统放疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月~2022年6月本院收治的66例胸上段食管癌患者为例,按照放疗时体位固定工具分为2组各33例,所有患者均取仰卧位并采用调强适形放射治疗进行干预,对照组选取胸部体罩固定,观察组选取头颈部面罩固定,对比两组应用效果。结果:两组近期疗效、不良反应发生率对比(P<0.05),两组均匀性指数水平、X轴、Y轴、Z轴摆位误差、适形度指数水平对比(P<0.05)。结论:头颈部面罩固定用于胸上段食管癌放疗有利于降低摆位误差,提升三维放疗计划系统放射均匀性及精准性。Objective:To explore the application effect of head and neck mask and chest body mask fixation in three-dimensional radiotherapy planning system(TPS)radiotherapy for upper thoracic esophageal cancer(EC).Methods:A total of 66 patients with upper thoracic EC admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as examples.They were divided into two groups according to the posture fixation tool during radiotherapy,33 patients in each group.All patients were placed in supine position and received intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy for intervention.The control group selected chest body mask fixation,and the observation group selected head and neck mask fixation.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparison of recent efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05),and comparison of HI level,X-axis,Y-axis,Z-axis positioning error,and CI level between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Head and neck mask fixation for upper thoracic EC radiotherapy is beneficial to reduce positioning errors and improve the uniformity and accuracy of TPS radiation.
