摘  要:目的:分析在实施阴道尖锐湿疣(VCA)患者实施治疗的过程中LD600-C半导体激光治疗仪疗法联合微波治疗所获得临床疗效。方法:本研究将于医院接受VCA治疗的患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法将患者分为观察组(n=31)与对照组(n=31),分别给予LD600-C半导体激光治疗仪疗法联合微波治疗与微波治疗。结果:与对照组相比观察组患者治疗有效率更高,治疗后不同时间段复发率均更低,存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。两组患者治疗前炎性因子水平、免疫功能并无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后观察组患者炎性因子水平相对较低,免疫功能更高,与对照组患者存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。两组患者不良反应发生率并无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:光动力疗法联合微波治疗是VCA患者的理想治疗方案。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of LD600-C semiconductor laser therapy combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of patients with vaginal condyloma acuminatum(VCA).Methods:In this study,62 patients who received VCA treatment in hospital were divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31)according to random double-blind method.LD600-C semiconductor laser therapy combined with microwave therapy and microwave therapy were given respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment effective rate was higher in the observation group,and the recurrence rate was lower in different time periods after treatment,with significant statistical difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in inflammatory factors and immune function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was relatively lower,and the immune function was higher,which was statistically significant difference with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Photodynamic therapy combined with microwave therapy is an ideal treatment for VCA patients.
