基于双重预防机制的安全信息系统建设与实践

摘　　要：为提升企业安全管理水平,结合山能装备集团安全管理实际,基于双重预防机制建设一套集团、二级单位2级管控,以安全风险辨识管控、隐患排查治理、领导干部走动巡查、安全薪酬考核、安全培训考试为核心业务的安全信息系统(包括PC端及APP端)。该系统实现了风险点在线集中展现和管控、岗位安全确认视频化、巡查在线查看、安全培训考试在线实施等功能。In order to improve the level of enterprise safety management,combined with the actual safety management of Shandong Energy Equipment Group,a new safety information system that has a two-level system for the group and its secondary units was built with the core business of security risk identification and management,hidden danger detection and management,leadership inspection,security pay assessment,security training and test,based on dual prevention mechanism.The online and centralized management and control of the risk points,visualized safety confirmation of posts,online view of inspection results,online implementation of safety training and test and more also had been realized.
