摘  要:为合理评估数字化核电厂主控室操纵员工作负荷,识别规程执行过程高工作负荷子任务,降低人因失误,基于多资源理论,结合基于状态导向规程(SOP)的数字化核电厂任务执行特征,总结获得适用于分析SOP数字化核电任务工作负荷的VACP量表,并确定工作负荷计算方法,最后以某SOP数字化核电厂蒸汽发生器传热管事故(SGTR)为例进行应用。结果表明:事故诊断与处理过程工作负荷约为31%,任务执行过程视觉和认知占据大部分资源;在事故诊断和安全壳喷淋系统监控执行过程中,工作负荷较大;操纵员基于规程判断各设备状态、信息记录及与班组人员进行沟通时,工作负荷较大。本研究所获得的操纵员工作负荷评价方法为合理化评估数字化核电任务工作负荷提供了方法支持。In order to reasonably assess the workload of the operators in the main control room of Digital Nuclear Power Plants,identify the procedures with high workload,and reduce human errors,a VACP scale based on multi-resource theory was achieved to analyze the workload of operators in Digital Nuclear Power Plants with State-oriented Procedure(SOP).The calculation method of the workload of operators was also obtained.Finally,an SOP digital nuclear power plant steam generator heat transfer tube accident(SGTR)is used as an example.The results show that the work load during the accident diagnosis and treatment process is about 31%.It was also found that visual and cognitive process occupied most of the resources.The workload was high when diagnosing the event and monitoring the spray system of the vessel.The workload was also high when the operators judged the status of each equipment,recorded information and communicated with others.The workload assessment obtained in this study can be applied to assess operators'workload in Digital Nuclear Power Plant.
