摘 要:1,1-二氨基2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7)是一种综合性能优异的钝感炸药,是今后不敏感和低易损武器应用的主要候选炸药。重点综述了FOX-7的性能、合成途径、热分解特性和在火炸药中的应用进展。指出FOX-7是一种应用价值较高的不敏感炸药,其感度低于常用炸药RDX,具有较好的能量性能、爆轰性能,与改性双基推进剂的主要组分相容性较好,在推进剂方面具有良好的应用前景。但FOX-7合成的得率较低以及在大尺寸战斗部中的应用报到较少,因此FOX-7规模化、低成本的制备工艺研究以及在大尺寸战斗部中的装药技术研究是今后研究的重点方向。1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene(FOX-7)was an insensitive explosive with excellent comprehensive properties,and it has been the main candidate explosive for insensitive and low-vulnerability weapon applications in the future.The properties,synthesis routes,thermal decomposition properties and application progress of FOX-7 in explosives were reviewed in details.It was pointed out that FOX-7 was a kind of insensitive explosive with high application value,its sensitivity was lower than that of the commonly used explosive RDX,FOX-7 had better energy performance,detonation performance,and good compatibility with the main components of the composite modified double base propellant,so it had good application prospects in propellant.However,the synthetic yield of FOX-7 was low and the application in large-sized warheads was less reported.Therefore,the research on large-scale and low-cost preparation technology of FOX-7 and the research on charging technology in large-sized warheads were the future researching focus.
