摘  要:陶瓷活塞杆表面的磨削抛光受到其材料、空间结构的影响,传统的加工工艺技术显得落后与不足。针对其抛光加工工艺特点,现研究设计一种能在普通卧式车床上安装使用的表面抛光装置及加工操作方案,以提高零件的加工质量,减轻操作者的劳动强度。总体方案是利用车床主轴和安装部件使活塞杆旋转以进行主切削运动,抛光装置安装在车床小滑板上以进行进给运动,零件表面用砂纸或羊毛毡抛光。与原工艺方案相比,该装置操作简单方便,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了加工效率。通过装置的弹簧机构量化抛光的挤压力,使加工参数标准化,并且可以提高零件加工质量的稳定性。同时可以为企业或同行今后的加工提供参考经验。The grinding and polishing of ceramic piston rod surface was affected by its material and spatial structure,and the traditional processing technology was backward and insufficient.In view of the characteristics of its polishing process,a surface polishing device that could be installed and used on a common horizontal lathe and its processing operation scheme were studied and designed to improve the processing quality of parts and reduce the labor intensity of operators.The overall plan was to use the lathe spindle and mounting parts to rotate the piston rod to carry out the main cutting motion,the polishing device was installed on the lathe small slide plate to carry out the feed motion,and the surface of the part was polished with sandpaper or wool felt.Compared with the original process plan,the device was simple and convenient to operate,reduced the labor intensity of operators,and improved the processing efficiency;By quantifying the extrusion force of polishing through the spring mechanism of the device,the processing parameters could be standardized,and the stability of the processing quality of the parts could be improved.At the same time,it provided reference experience for enterprises or peers in the future processing.
