摘  要:随着汽车零部件行业市场竞争的日益激烈,产品质量已成为生产制造企业的焦点。采用六西格玛DMAIC流程,应用在项目质量改善分析中,通过定义(D)、测量(M)、分析(A)、改善(I)、控制(C)等5个步骤,对D公司生产的挠性飞轮总成质量进行改善。D阶段对生产数据进行总结分析,找出废品率偏高的各项因子及当前质量改善的关键,确定端跳超差和径跳超差为关键因子Y;M和A阶段通过对测量系统分析和过程能力验证,运用柏拉图、鱼骨图、因果矩阵、FMEA分析、Cp/Cpk、Pp/Ppk、ANOVA等工具,确定最佳工艺参数,并进行试验验证,确定改进方向;I阶段落实具体改进措施,通过更换冲压设备、更改冲压模具、更换焊机、更换焊接工装以改进效果;C阶段验证结果并进行标准化控制,最终将产品废品率由18.46%降低到3.16%,完成了预期目标。Product quality has become the focus in manufacturing enterprises because of the increasingly fierce market competition in the auto components industry.The process of DMAIC has been used in the analysis of the project quality improvement,the quality of flexible flywheel assembly which was made by D company has been improved through the five steps of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control.Through the summary and analysis of production date of D phase,it was found that each factor which caused high defective index and the key which improved the quality,and confirmed the key factors Y to be face runout and radial runout.In the M and A stages,through analyzing measuring system and verifying process capability,the best process parameters have been confirmed by the tools of Plato,fishbone diagram,causal matrix,FMEA analysis,Cp/Cpk,Pp/Ppk,ANOVA and so on,and the experimental verification was finished,so the improvement direction was confirmed.The improvement was implemented in step I,the improvement effect was gotten by changing stamping equipment,stamping die,welding machine and welding tooling.The results were verified in Phase C and standardized control was finished.The final defect rate was reduced from 18.46%to 3.16%,which finished the expected goal.
