摘  要:含沙水流泵站运行过程中,泥沙淤积的危害不容忽视。本文以平山堂泵站为例,以固液两相流理论为基础,采用标准紊流模型、混合物多相流模型,分设计工况、校核工况两种水位组合,运用Fluent流体计算软件进行高低泥沙浓度下的泥沙淤积数值模拟,确定泥沙淤积的位置,找出泥沙淤积的规律,分析出泥沙淤积的原因。两种工况高低泥沙浓度下的模拟结果表明,内侧的进水箱涵淤积程度比外侧的进水箱涵严重,箱涵的内侧比外侧淤积程度严重。During the operation of the pumping station with sediment laden flow,the harm of sediment deposition cannot be ignored.Taking Pingshantang Pumping Station as an example,based on the solid-liquid two-phase flow theory,the standard turbulence model and mixture multiphase flow model are adopted,and the numerical simulation of sediment deposition under high and low sediment concentration is carried out by using Fluent fluid calculation software under design conditions and check conditions,so as to determine the location of sediment deposition,find out the rules of sediment deposition,and analyze the causes of sediment deposition.The simulation results under high and low sediment concentration under two working conditions show that the sedimentation of the inlet box culvert at the inner side is more serious than that at the outer side,and the sedimentation at the inner side of the box culvert is more serious than that at the outer side.
