摘 要:2016年在策勒县策勒乡进行了陶赛特公羊和策勒黑羊母羊杂交试验。为了评定陶赛特羊与策勒黑羊杂交F1代杂交效果,试验随机选择同圈舍杂交F1代公羔与策勒黑羊纯繁后代公羔各21只,测定初生至6月龄体尺、体重及屠宰性能指标。结果表明:在相同的饲养管理条件下,陶策杂交F1代羊6月龄体高、体长、胸围、管围等体尺指标极显著或显著高于策勒黑羊(P<0.01或P<0.05);陶策杂交F1代羊各年龄段体重均极显著高于策勒黑羊(P<0.01),出栏体重、屠宰率,以及兴、蹄、皮、血液、内脏器官重也极显著或显著高于策勒黑羊(P<0.01或P<0.05)。说明陶策杂交F1代具有较强的杂种优势,适应当地环境和饲养管理条件,可以推广。In 2016,a crossing between male Dorset sheep with female Cele black sheep was conducted in Cele Township,Cele County.In order to evaluate the heterosis of meat-producing performance of F1 sheep of Dorset sheep and Cele black sheep,21 F1 male lambs in the same pen and 21 male Cele black lambs were randomly selected for heterosis analysis of the body size,weight,and slaughter performance at the age of from birth to 6 months.The results showed that under the same feeding and management conditions,the body height,body length,chest circumference and circumference of cannon bone of F1 lambs at 6 months old was significantly higher than the Cele black sheep(P<0.01 or P<0.05);The body weight of the F1 lambs was significantly higher than the Cele black sheep at all stages of growth by age(P<0.01),and the average live weight,slaughter rate,and weight of various visceral organs were also significantly higher than the Cele black sheep(P<0.01 or P<0.05).It could be concluded that the hybrids between Torset sheep and Cele black sheep could well adapt to the local environment and feeding management conditions and show the occurrence of heterosis,and the mode of hybridization can be extended.
