哈尔滨动物园古巴火烈鸟人工孵化及育雏研究

摘　　要：为了探索古巴火烈鸟的繁殖习性并积累基础的生产和管理资料,对哈尔滨北方森林动物园古巴火烈鸟的孵化及育雏开展了研究。结果表明:古巴火烈鸟卵人工孵化温度为37.5~37.8℃,湿度为55%~60%,平均失重率为14.60%;孵化率为61.54%(8只),健雏率为100%,雏成活率为87.5%(7只);出雏后的饲养管理、育雏温度、饲料组成、饲料量及体重增长速度是影响育雏成功的重要条件。In order to explore the breeding habits of the Cuba flamingos and accumulate basic production and management data,artificial hatching and breeding of Cuban flamingos were observed in Harbin North Forest Zoo.The results showed that the optimal temperature and humidity of artificial incubation of Cuba flamingos was 37.5~37.8℃,55%~60%,respectively;The average weight loss rate was 14.60%,the hatch rate was 61.54%(8 individuals),the survival rate of chicks was 87.5%(7 individuals),the rate of healthy chicks is 100%.Feeding management,breeding temperature,feed composition,feed quantity and weight gain rate are the key factors affecting the effectiveness of breeding chicks.
