摘  要:该文对提高进料温度节能措施与节能效益进行分析,对比不同塔系统进料温度对操作费用的影响。进料温度的提升可采取多种措施,除利用塔系统本身的热量,也可利用附属设备热源,或进一步利用装置/系统热量。对于不同的塔分离系统,当塔底产品占主要比例时,即使进料温度超过了泡点温度,由于塔顶冷却介质与塔底加热介质的价差,仍具有节能效益;当塔顶产品占主要比例时,当进料温度是过热态时仍具有节能效益。This article analyzes the energy-saving measures and benefits of traditional tower separation systems by increasing feed temperature,and compares the impact of feed temperature on operating costs of different tower systems.Various measures can be taken to increase the feed temperature,including using the heat of the tower system itself to heat the feed,using the heat source of the tower system's auxiliary equipment to heat the feed,or further utilizing the heat of the device or system to increase the feed temperature.For different tower separation systems,even if the feed temperature exceeds the bubble point temperature when the bottom product accounts for the main proportion,due to the price difference between the top cooling medium and the bottom heating medium,it still has energy-saving benefits;When the top product accounts for the main proportion,it still has energy-saving benefits when the feed temperature is superheated.
