摘 要:近年来,随着国家对碳达峰、碳中和工作的部署,各企业节能降碳工作逐渐加快脚步。原油蒸馏作为炼油加工流程的第一道工序,是炼油装置主要耗能大户,能耗占比在20%以上。为尽快达到2030年碳达峰的工作要求,适应炼油规模的发展,原油蒸馏装置呈大型化发展态势。该文通过对比不同企业原油蒸馏装置的加工能力和能耗水平情况,结合现有先进节能改造方案,对原油蒸馏装置采用多项节能技术推动大型化发展进行了分析。In recent years,with the deployment of carbon peak and carbon neutrality work by the country,most enterprises have gradually accelerated their efforts in energy conservation and carbon reduction.As the first step of the oil refining,the crude distillation unit is the main energy consuming unit of the refinery unit,accounting for over 20%of the energy consumption.In order to meet the goal of achieving carbon peak by 2030 and the developing demand of refining scale,crude distillation units have shown the development trend of large-scale.This paper compares the processing capacity and energy consumption level of crude distillation units in different enterprises,and analyzes the development of crude distillation units adopting multiple energy-saving technologies to promote large-scale developing by combining the existing advanced energy-saving plans.
