摘  要:以C_(14-16)脂肪酸为初始原料,采用无水的三氧化二铝和氧化钡为二元催化剂,制得PO封端的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE及其磺化盐FMES,并通过正交试验确定核桃壳滤料清洗剂配方:喜赫FMEE 8%、磺酸盐FMES 4%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚OP-86%、乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠EDDHA-Na 1%、工业乙醇16%、水65%。将该核桃壳清洗剂用于污水站的过滤器清洗,用量2.5%,清洗用水为常温水,清洗后的过滤器进出口流速明显提升,延长了核桃壳更换周期。Hexadecane fatty acid is polymerized with anhydrous AL_(2)O_(3) and BaO as binary catalysts,then FMEE is reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to obtain FMES.The best proportion of walnut-shell cleaner is FMEE 8%,FMES 4%,OP-86%,acetate sodium EDDHA-Na 1%,industrial ethanol 16%and water 65%through the orthogonal test and verification.The dosage of this walnut-shell cleaning agent for sewage station filter cleaning is 2.5%,cleaning water is room temperature water,the filter inlet and outlet flow rate increased significantly after cleaning,and the replacement cycle of walnut-shell is prolonged.
