摘 要:高度高、质量大的井筒如何在不借助主抱杆的情况下进行吊装是输电建设工程中必须解决的问题。通过对一种特高压输电线路大跨越塔电梯井筒提升专用抱杆系统的结构及工作原理进行分析,提出目前大型跨越塔中心井筒吊装难题的一种解决方案,并探讨此种方案的可行性及发展前景。考虑需在跨越塔主体结构组立完成,落地抱杆拆卸后再进行井筒吊装施工的施工背景,结合跨越塔及井筒本身结构特点,通过从结构分析、工作模式、强度校核等方面对该抱杆系统进行功能性、可靠性和安全性分析,讨论在跨越塔顶安装专用抱杆的方式相比常规方法的优越性。针对大档距超高跨越塔带来的全高342 m、全重466 t、最重节15 t的电梯井筒,塔顶抱杆系统通过重复起吊-调幅动作,可满足井筒吊装的高度、重量、定位等要求。通过工程实际运用,井筒吊装专用抱杆对于此类施工难题的解决表现出显著成效。How to hoist the shaft with high height and high quality without the help of the main holding rod is a compulsory problem to be solved in transmission construction projec.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of a special rod system for lifting the shaft of a large span tower of UHV transmission line,a solution to the problem of lifting the central shaft of a large span tower at present is put forward,and the feasibility and development prospect of this solution are discussed.Considering the construction background of shaft hoisting construction after the main structure of the straddling tower is completed and the landing holding rod is disassembled,combined with the structural characteristics of the straddling tower and the shaft itself,the function,reliability and safety of the holding rod system are analyzed from the aspects of structure analysis,working mode and strength check.This paper discusses the advantages of installing a special pole over the tower top compared with the conventional method.In view of the elevator shaft with a full height of 342 m,a full weight of 466 t and a heaviest section of 15 t brought by the ultra-high span tower,the pole holding system at the top of the tower can meet the requirements of height,weight and positioning of the shaft hoisting through repeated lifting and amplitude adjustment actions.Through the practical application of the project,the special shaft hoisting rod has shown remarkable results in solving such construction problems.
