关于提高高铁接触网大型故障抢修能力的思考

摘　　要：通过分析高铁接触网故障抢修管理现状和分步时限,提出了一种基于故障范围和设备损坏情况的故障规模界定方案,同时结合大型故障抢修特点,提出了抢修思路以及压缩故障停时和故障延时的具体措施。Through analyzing the present situation and step-by-step time limit of emergency rescue management of OCS faults for high-speed railway,a fault scale definition scheme on the basis of scope of fault and situations of damage of equipment is put forward.With connection to the characteristics of rescue of large-scale fault,ways of thoughts and detailed measures for emergency rescue,shortening of halt time and fault delay.
