提高高原地区接触网运营管理品质的探索与实践

摘　　要：针对近年来兰青线、青藏线西格段、敦煌线、格库线、兰新客专接触网运行中的典型问题,结合青藏高原的特点和现场情况,剖析问题发生的原因,总结经验,并提出针对性整改措施和建议,为进一步提高高原地区接触网运营管理品质,保障接触网运行安全提供借鉴和参考。With regard to the typical problems occurred during operation of OCS of Lan-Qing Railway,Xining-Ge’ermu Section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway,Dunhuang Railway,Ge’ermu-Ku’erle Railway,and Lanzhou-Urumqi High-speed Railway in recent years,with reference of characteristics of Qinghai-Tibet plateau and site conditions,causes of the problems are analyzed,experience is collected,and targeted rectification measures and proposals are put forward accordingly,providing references for further improvement of the OCS operation and management quality and assurance of OCS operation safety.
