摘  要:随着寒冷地区铁路电气化建设项目的开展,接触网设备在运营过程中受低温环境影响引发的设备缺陷问题逐渐增多,给运输供电安全管理带来严峻挑战。本文对滨洲铁路电气化改造工程开通运营后接触网支柱受冻害影响引发的问题进行分析,结合滨洲铁路沿线寒冷地区环境特点、地质特征、支柱倾斜柱的危害性,研究接触网支柱倾斜的整治方案。With the development of railway electrification construction projects in cold areas,the number of defects of equipment caused by the impact of low-temperature environment on overhead contact line equipment during operation is gradually increasing,posing a serious challenge to the safety management of transportation and power supply.The paper analyzes the problems caused by the freezing damage of OCS masts after putting into operation of the electrification reconstruction project of Harbin-Manzhouli railway.With reference of environmental characteristics,geological characteristics and harmfulness of inclined masts along the Harbin-Manzhouli railway in cold area,the paper studies the schemes for remediation of inclined masts.
