跨座式单轨牵引网系统载流能力分析

摘  要:重庆轨道交通3号线为跨座式单轨线路,采用刚性接触网系统供电和回流,目前逐步运行8编组车辆替代6编组车辆。为了适应大编组车辆的运行条件,对既有的整体夹持型汇流排接触网系统的载流能力进行分析。首先结合相关规范要求分析了接触网导体工作温度的限制条件,结合实验室条件下的测试结果建立能够反映测试情况的评估计算模型,并通过MATLAB平台进行仿真分析。通过仿真分析,结合重庆轨道交通3号线接触网安装环境条件,给出了地下段以及地面段接触网系统的载流能力。Line 3 of Chongqing Rail Transit is a straddle type monorail line,and rigid OCS is adopted for its power supply and current return,with running of 8 car composition gradually instead of 6 car composition.In order to adapt to the running conditions for the large composition of cars,analysis is made for the current carrying capacity of the existing overall clamping busbar overhead contact line.Firstly,the conditions for limiting of working temperature of OCS conductors are analyzed with reference of relative requirements of specification.Assessing and calculating model that is able to reflect the tests is established with connection to the test results under laboratory condition,and the simulation analysis is made by use of MATLAB platform.Through simulation analysis,combined with the installation environment conditions of Line 3 of Chongqing Rail Transit,the current carrying capacity of OCS in underground section is given.
