杜邦分析法在中小银行财务管理中的运用——以A银行为例

摘　　要：受市场环境多变、同业竞争激烈以及金融监管趋严的影响,传统的粗放式财务管理已无法满足当下经营竞争的需求,中小银行应积极推进精细化管理,通过业财融合实现降本增效。文章通过运用调整后的杜邦分析法,结合A银行自身特点,选取长三角地区上市银行作为比较对象,从财务角度系统综合地评价银行经营绩效,进而对中小银行发展提出有价值的建议。Affected by the changing market environment,fierce competition in the same industry and stricter financial regulation,the traditional extensive financial management can no longer meet the needs of current business competition.Small and medium-sized banks should actively promote refined management to reduce costs and increase efficiency through the integration of business and finance.By using the adjusted DuPont analysis method,combined with Bank A's own characteristics,and some listed banks in the Yangtze River Delta region as comparison objects,this paper systematically and comprehensively evaluates the operating performance of banks from the financial point of view and then puts forward valuable suggestions for the development of small and medium-sized banks.
