摘  要:内浮顶储罐中浮盘是影响安全、环保的重要部件,浮筒式浮盘因存在油气空间和易熔特性已不满足标准规范的要求,全接液浮盘成为解决储罐安全、环保问题的有效措施。本文从内浮顶储罐浮盘选型的角度分析了各类浮盘和密封技术的优缺点,并对全接液浮盘和全补偿弹性密封的适用性进行分析,对比了浮筒式浮盘和全接液浮盘的VOCs排放效果,实现达到VOCs源头控制和保障内浮顶储罐本质安全的目的。The floating roofs in internal floating roof tank is an important component which affecting safety and environmental protection.Due to the existence of oil-gas space and fusible characteristics,the pontoon floating roofs can no longer meet the requirements of the standard specifications.The floating roofs in full contact with the liquid surface has become an effective measure to solve the safety and environmental protection problems of storage tanks.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various floating roofs and sealing technologies from the perspective of floating roof selection of internal floating roof tanks,analyzing the applicability of floating roof in full contact with the liquid surface and fully compensated elastic seal.By comparing the VOCs emission effects of the pontoon floating roofs and the floating roof in full contact with the liquid surface,the purpose of controlling the source of VOCs and ensuring the intrinsic safety of the internal floating roof tanks can be achieved.
