摘  要:本文分析了聚乙烯燃气管道热熔接头的冷焊缺陷产生机理,使用微波无损检测技术对冷焊缺陷进行表征与分析,并对检测结果的可靠性进行了力学性能验证,同时对破坏性断口进行了微观结构分析。研究发现冷焊缺陷显著降低了焊接接头处的力学性能,同时使微观结构发生变化。微波凭借对聚乙烯材料的介电敏感性,可以很好地检测热熔接头的冷焊缺陷。This paper analyzed the mechanism of cold weld defects in the butt fusion joints of polyethylene gas pipelines.The microwave nondestructive testing technology was used to characterize and analyze the cold weld defects,and the mechanical properties of the test results were verified.The microstructures of the destructive fracture were also analyzed.The results show that the cold weld defects significantly reduced the mechanical properties of the welded joints,and made the microstructures changed.Microwave test can detect the cold weld defects of the butt fusion joints well by virtue of its dielectric sensitivity to polyethylene materials.
