摘  要:某电厂660 MW机组锅炉在运行多年后,后屏过热器底部U型弯附近钢管发生泄漏,导致被迫停炉检修。发生泄漏的钢管材质为SA-213 S30432,公称规格为φ51 mm×10.5 mm。本文通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能检验和金相检验等方法,对导致钢管泄漏的原因进行分析。结果表明,该后屏过热器钢管的化学成分和力学性能符合标准要求,泄漏的原因是钢管运行过程中出现了较严重的超温现象,导致钢管性能劣化,不足以支撑内部蒸汽压力,从而产生蠕胀裂纹,最终发生泄漏事故。After years of operation of a 660 MW Unit Boiler in a power plant,the steel pipe near the U-bend at the bottom of the rear platen superheater leaked,resulting in forced shutdown for maintenance.The leaking steel pipe is made of SA-213 S30432 and the nominal specification isφ51 mm×10.5 mm.In this paper,the causes of steel pipe leakage are analyzed by means of macro observation,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property inspection and metallographic inspection.The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel pipe of the rear platen superheater meet the standard requirements.The reason for the leakage is that there is a serious overtemperature phenomenon during the operation of the steel pipe,which leads to the deterioration of the performance of the steel pipe and is not enough to support the internal steam pressure,resulting in creep crack and finally leakage accident.
