摘  要:燃气锅壳锅炉的烟管水侧的氧腐蚀问题一直影响着锅炉的安全运行。本文通过一起烟管氧腐蚀穿孔的事例,分析了失效原因:因其未装除氧设施,致使锅炉给水含有大量的氧气,再加上热负荷的短时间增大,加快了氧腐蚀速率;垢下腐蚀是氧腐蚀穿孔的促进因素;短期停炉期间锅炉上水后未尽量去除水中空气。针对以上3个原因,提出了加装除氧装置、定期除垢、选择正确方法停炉保养的改良措施。The problem of oxygen corrosion in the water side of the flue pipe of gas-fired shell boiler has always affected the safe operation of the boiler.In this paper,a case of oxygen corrosion and perforation of flue gas pipe is reported.The causes of failure are analyzed as follows:firstly,the boiler feed water contains a lot of oxygen because of the lack of oxygen removal facilities,and the short time increase of heat load accelerates the rate of oxygen corrosion;the second is that the corrosion under scale is the promoting factor of oxygen corrosion perforation;the third is that the air in the water is not removed as much as possible after the boiler is put on the water during the short-term shutdown period.In the light of the above three reasons,the improvement measures of installing oxygen removing device,paying attention to regular descaling and selecting correct method of shutdown maintenance are put forward.
