摘　　要：近年来,我国固体废物回收利用设施数量快速增加,运营管理水平逐步提高,资源循环利用产业规模持续扩大。然而,随着信息化、绿色发展的深入推进,传统资源循环利用体系已不能满足新时代发展的需求。“互联网+”为资源循环利用产业的持续发展注入了新活力,“互联网+废品回收利用”这种新兴的废品回收模式不仅使废品回收更加便捷、高效、环保、绿色,同时对城市的生态环境有良好的促进作用。“互联网+废品回收”与生态文明建设两者有着相互促进作用,也是相互统一的关系,通过“互联网+废品回收”不仅加快推进人与自然的和谐关系,有利于生态文明的高质量发展,也可以保护现有的自然资源,提高资源的循环利用率,还可以为绿色可持续发展,建设资源节约型城市奠定基础。In recent years,the number of solid waste recycling facilities in China has increased rapidly,the level of operation and management has gradually improved,and the scale of resource recycling industry keep increasing.However,with the development of information and green development,the traditional resource recycling system can not meet the needs of the new era."Internet"has injected new vitality into the sustainable development of resource recycling industry.The emerging waste recycling mode of"Internet+waste recycling"not only makes waste recycling more convenient,efficient,environmental and green,but also plays a good role in promoting the ecological environment of the city.Under the strategy of ecological civilization construction,"Internet+waste recycling"is reinforcing.By the"Internet+waste recycling"mode,the harmonious relationship between man and nature and high-quality development of ecological civilization are accelerated,and it also improve the recycling rate of resources,and is helpful for natural resources protection,which lay a foundation for the green and sustainable development and the construction of resource-saving cities.
