含铬污泥制备氯化铬晶体的工艺研究

摘  要:不锈钢生产过程中产生大量含铁铬离子的废硫酸,通过耗酸沉铬制备水处理剂硫酸亚铁溶液,产生含铬污泥一般作为危废处理,通过对含铬污泥进行溶解,分离铁铬离子,并进行提纯回收铬元素,制备氯化铬晶体。试验表明:通过加入盐酸对含铬污泥进行溶解,加入铁皮升温反应,使铬离子形成氢氧化铬沉淀,通过水洗除去夹带的铁离子,得到纯度较高的氢氧化铬,加入盐酸经过溶解、蒸发、冷却、结晶、离心分离,即可得到氯化铬晶体。A large amount of chromium-containing waste sulfuric acid is produced during the production of stainless steel.The water treatment agent ferrous sulfate solution is prepared by reducing trivalent iron and precipitating chromium by acid consumption.The chromium-containing sludge produced is generally treated as hazardous waste.By dissolving chromium-containing sludge,separating,purifying and recovering chromium element,prepare chromium chloride crystal.The test showed that the chromium-containing sludge is dissolved by adding hydrochloric acid,and the iron sheet is added to heat up the reaction to pH 4.3,so that the chromium forms chromium hydroxide precipitation.The entrained iron ions were removed by water washing to obtain chromium hydroxide with high purity.The chromium chloride crystal can be obtained by adding hydrochloric acid to dissolve,evaporate,cool and crystallize,and centrifugal separation.
