摘 要:实际检测中,柔性SERS纤维材料可以方便地获取目标分子,同时还具有操作简单,机械柔韧性好,易保存且运输中不易被破坏等特点.本研究以聚氨酯弹性纱线为对象,采用逐层自组装方法在纱线表面沉积银纳米颗粒(Ag nanoparticles,Ag NPs),制备了纳米银复合的聚氨酯弹性纱线并用于SERS传感.通过改变组装次数及银溶胶的浓度,调控聚氨酯纱线表面修饰的银纳米粒子的数量和密度,优化了复合纱线SERS传感性能,并用于染料和农药分子的SERS传感分析.结果表明,所制备出的SERS纱线显示出了较好的灵敏度,对染料分子酸性红的检测限可以达到0.1 mg/L,对日落黄、荧光桃红、弱酸艳蓝的检测限可以低至0.01 mg/L,对农药福美双和噻菌灵的检测限分别可以低至0.05和0.2 mg/L.我们还考察了纱线弹性对SERS检测的影响,在对浓缩6倍的银溶胶组装5次后,在弹性纱线拉伸伸长0~100%范围内,该复合材料的SERS增强信号较为稳定.由此可见,所制备纳米银修饰聚氨酯弹性纱线表现出优异的SERS灵敏度和实用性,价廉易得,对实际应用推广极具价值,在智能传感纺织品方面具有很大的发展空间.In actual detection,the flexible SERS fiber can facilitate the acquisition of target molecules.Meanwhile,it also has the characteristics of simple operation,good mechanical flexibility,easy preservation and not easy to be damaged during transportation.Taking polyurethane elastic yarn as the object,silver nanoparticles(Ag NPs)were implanted on the surface of the yarn via a layer by layer self-assembly method.The SERS sensing application was then evaluated and discussed.By changing the assembly times and concentration of silver sol,the number and density of silver nanoparticles modified on the surface of polyurethane yarn were adjusted,to realize the optimization of the SERS performance.Then the composite yarn was also used for the SERS analysis of dyes and pesticide molecules.The results showed that the prepared SERS yarn had good sensitivity,the detection limit of dye molecule acid red could reach to 0.1 mg/L,while the detection limit of sunset yellow,fluorescent peach and weak acid brilliant blue could reach as low as 0.01 mg/L.In addition,the detection limit of pesticide formaidi and thiamethoxam could reach as low as 0.05 and 0.2 mg/L,respectively.We also investigated the influence of yarn elasticity on SERS performance.After assembling 5 times of 6×concentrated silver sol,the SERS signal of the composite yarn was stable within 0~100%of stretching elongation.In conclusion,the prepared nano silver modified polyurethane elastic yarn showed excellent SERS sensitivity and practicability,which was cheap and easy to obtain,of great value for practical application and promotion,and had great development space in intelligent sensing textiles.
