超大城市轨道交通与土地利用协同规划研究的上海实践

摘　　要：轨道交通与城市土地空间的协同发展可以归纳为公交引导城市发展模式(TOD)的核心,而轨道交通作为大运量公共交通形式,是公共交通的重要支撑。该文以上海市为例,从轨道交通网络、线路、站点以及车辆基地等方面着手,对轨道交通与城市土地利用规划的相互影响和协同发展进行研究分析,为促进城市可持续发展、强化轨道交通与土地利用规划的协同发展、提高土地利用效率提供借鉴。The coordinated development of rail transit and urban land use can be summarized as the core of the Transit-Oriented Urban Development(TOD)model,and rail transit,as a form of large-capacity public transportation,is an important support for public transportation.Taking Shanghai as an example,this paper studies and analyzes the mutual influence and coordinated development of rail transit and urban land use planning from the aspects of rail transit network,lines,stations and vehicle bases.It provides a reference for promoting sustainable urban development,strengthening the coordinated development of rail transit and land use planning,and improving land use efficiency.
