摘　　要：以上海国际旅游度假区为例,重点分析现状度假区内停车场周边路网及停车设施状况,结合度假区4个停车场的停车组织流线,制定区域停车诱导策略及停车诱导系统总体架构和功能设计方案,不仅实现对度假区内停车场全方位、统一化的集中调度、联动控制,同时提升游客感知度,减少大客流时段警力物力投入,提高综合社会效益,促进韧性交通进一步发展。Taking Shanghai International Tourism Resort as an example,by focusing on the analysis of the road network and parking facilities around the parking lot in the resort,combined with the parking organization and flow lines of the four parking lots in the resort,the regional parking guidance strategy and the overall architecture and functional design scheme of the parking guidance system were formulated.It not only realizes all-round and unified centralized scheduling and linkage control of parking lots in the resort,but also improves the perception of tourists,reduces the investment of police and material resources during large passenger flow periods,improves comprehensive social benefits,and promotes the further development of resilient transportation.
