摘  要:随着天津港集装箱码头工程建设,船舶进出港将频繁通过新港航道,为了精准把握航道通过能力,提高港区交通效率,基于天津港3 a船舶统计数据,利用Anylogic系统建模和仿真工具,采用Agent建模方法对天津港东疆港区进行了航道通过能力建模仿真。根据天津港通航条件,分别针对天津港现状、近期(2025年)和远期(2035年)预测运营状况进行工况设计,开展仿真模拟并进行评价。结果显示近期工况下,天津港航道条件能够满足大多数船舶通航需求;远期工况下,现有航道优化方案已不能完全满足船舶通航需求,需进一步开展相关研究,释放航道潜力。Ships will frequently enter and exit the Xingang channel as a result of the second phase container terminal project′s construction in the Dongjiang region of Tianjin port.The agent modeling approach was used to simulate the channel′s through capacity in order to get an improved grasp of it and increase the traffic efficiency of the port region.The simulation model was created using Anylogic software and based on the three-year statistics data of the Tianjin port.The operating conditions were constructed,simulated,and evaluated for the current situation,short-term(2025),and long-term(2035)expected conditions of Tianjin port in accordance with the navigation conditions of that port.The findings indicate that under recent conditions,the majority of ship navigation needs can be met.Under long-term conditions,the navigation needs of ships cannot be fully met.To fully realize the potential of the channel,more research was required.
